Contact

Email junaid.mohammed777@yahoo.com. You can also write to us from inside the app: Settings → Feedback and support. Messages sent that way arrive with your app version and device model, which usually saves a round of questions.

We aim to reply within two business days. There is no telephone support.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Everything works without one: logging, your goal, reminders and Pro. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional, and it exists so a purchase and any conversation with support follow you to a new phone.

Where is my data kept?

On your device. Your drinks, goals and history are stored in a database on the phone and are not uploaded. See the Privacy Policy for the short list of things that do leave the device.

I bought Pro and it is not showing.

Open the paywall and choose Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to the store account that made them, so make sure the device is signed in to that same account. If it still does not appear, email us and mention the store you bought from.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. The Manage subscription button on the Pro screen opens the right page directly. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end.

I am not getting reminders.

Check that notifications are allowed for Sipster in your phone’s system settings, that reminders are switched on in Settings → Reminders, and that your reminder window covers the time you expect them. On some Android phones, battery optimisation delays scheduled notifications — excluding Sipster from it fixes that.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Settings → Export writes a CSV of every entry, and the backup option writes a full JSON file you can restore from later.

How do I delete my data or my account?

Settings → Reset everything clears what is stored on the device. If you signed in, Settings → Account → Delete account closes the account immediately; it can be restored for 90 days by signing back in with the same provider, and after that it is erased permanently.

Is Sipster medical advice?

No. It is a tracker. Hydration needs vary by person and by day, and drinking far too much water in a short time can be dangerous. Talk to a qualified professional about your own targets, and see the Terms & Conditions.
